Sour Grapes again by posting not the truth:including the 2012 bogus scam sale to TMM. YOU keep referring to them as the old company and not the new TMMI, which makes your story even more twisted and then you posted this:Remember, Panik and the shareholders sued Simpson and Haskins in 2001 for their attempted theft of the company and the result was that they were thrown out and new management put it, which did not initially include Panik.First off,the new TMM,inc took care of all the shareholders that came forward, when everything was in place.It took a little time,but they covered all those loss shares And second,I wonder why Larry Panik wasn't included in the new management team?. Imagine if Larry Panik wouldn't of stepped down from DFMI; But then, his new agenda wouldn't of worked out. Larry Panik's pride was hurt and his little venture still isn't in play!!. Today 20 years later TMM,Inc is working with Raytheon and their Trudef technology in a joint venture research program and Larry Panik is fighting to save his company and shareholders from going into BK.You asked me the other day or stated something about the the current case not being resolved on Friday the 13th;LLOLs.
