AntiOne is exactly right. With volume this high it's not in the MM's control anyway.

I'm impressed with how much buying was going on last Friday, right up until the market closed. Couldn't resist buying a few shares (162,000) Don't know if anyone noticed but last Friday was one of the slowest trading days for OTC. Fought all day to find anything performing and the ones that did lost steam early except for this one. So I bought near end of day when traders dumped for the fathers day weekend and lowered the price. I believe next week will be all up hill. I usually day trade but this has some real potential. Would like to hold until after Yellow (Aug 28th I think it is) but as a short term investor I may have to sell next week. I'll keep my eye on this.
