CWIR to be halted by SEC for posting insider info on Twitter for not first disclosing in a formal filing or PR that they will be using social media to report company events? Unfortunately those are the rules and regs. Mike stated he would follow the book but he doesnt even know what the book is. Dont hate on because we all know that is the truth. It is what it is even though you may not like it you know him tweeting is a big no no and can be sanctioned and halted. Im sure FINRA will not approve now at all. He best delete his twitter account now otherwise all the info can be used against him.
