Submit DFI shares to DFMI and the official merger is two different things. You can submit your DFI shares to DFMI for different reason, However, in this case, The DFI share holder who submit their shares to DFMI was fooled by DFMI, DFMI told them to submit their DFI shares to DFMI for the purpose of merger of DFI and DFMI, while DFI did not merge with DFMI officially, legally, so the conclusion is
1) Those DFI share holder who submit all their shares to DFMI is no longer the share holder of DFI
2) Those DFI shares holders who submit their DFI shares to DFMI for the purpose of merging DFI and DFMI should file a legal suit against DFMI
3) TMMI has all the right to purchase DFI without the voting of those DFMI share holders who already gave up their DFI shares and were no longer share holders of DFI
