I can only speak for myself, I'm a shareholder and am not " appalled "....I also do not agree about the " fiduciary duty " being in question either. Im due time it will be proven that EP has been building a company that will be around for years to come, and it will grow. The pps will react to this in a positive way, until then, we wait. Breaking .01, I highly doubt it.....
