The British Columbia facility produces about 400 Kg of marijuana per year. At $10 a gram, that translates to roughly $4,000,000 worth of marijuana.

This comes to about $1600 per SQUARE FOOT.

The Green Canvas facility in Saskatchewan starts at 6,000 SF and can be scaled up to 50,000 SF.

6,000 x 1,600 = $9,600,000
50,000 x 1600 = $80,000,000

The Ontario facility I'm not sure how much initial growing space that will have, but there is 30,000 sf now, and they have first right of refusal for an additional 45,000 sf, totally 75,000.

There are 22' ceilings and is a mezzanine section which can be a 2nd growing zone, as none of the plants they grow get anywhere near 22 feet tall.

If HALF is used, that's 15,000 SF initially and 37,500 total... you do the math!

If you find it difficult to laugh at yourself, I would be happy to do it for you.
