I donno. Seems fishy. First we are licencing them, now we acquire them... MyECheck is a backend platform that should focus on more licencing, not purchasing companies. This means we will pick up their operating costs and need to invest money for research, marketing, and payroll. Before we were going to collect Fee for each transaction with no overhead...
