You mentioned a class action earlier. Question... They basically threw Manu under the bus and pretty much said he was the reason for dilution. But on Manus twitter he stated he wasn't diluting played dumb and blamed it on the market no? If that's the case they flat out lied. I'm starting to think there is a case to be made. There was a TON of misrepresentation going on via social network and unexplainable actions that took place. I do think making false promises and hopes to investors is illegal IMO.
