Back of my mind sits the Government..

I'm not the most intelegent person in the financial world, but If Nova was private just for a few months, I think I could weave a web of steady liscensing income that was not tracable.

Specialy with these shareholders.

How do you trace a liscence? Only if the other party tells you.
