I don't have any familiarity with "Russell" but in the link from the post from Ike on 6/7/14 it says the following:

Reconstitution Schedule
The Russell 2014 Annual Reconstitution changes will be announced on Friday, June 13, and will become effective after market close on Friday, June 27.

May 30 Ranking date
June 13 Preliminary results released (incl. additions and deletions)
June 20 Final results released
June 27 Reconstitution effective at the close

So, it looks like the next three Fridays will bear info...
