I think it was Alexis who ousted him. One time he made a comment in the press that he wanted to become a gay Dan Rather. Alexis thought that was so horrible.

I heard that Josh was very very upset.

I actually found a book in his desk after he left. Seriously. It was Dan Rather's autobiography. Inside was an inscription from Dan himself. He wrote something like "To Josh, Keep the faith and don't ever lose site of your dream!" I felt sad for Josh. He left his book and probably his dream behind.
