So in theory the FDA should look at this with a jaundiced eye. However, sometimes I get the feeling that the FDA acts like olympic skating judges. The more well known you are the more leeway you get for mistakes in pharma that means approvals. To be a start up you have to come on very strong which I believe ELTP is in the process of doing, with "real abuse deterrence" and not hard shell BS.
