Its not hard to drawl a conclusion and I'm plenty old enough to know that when the deals are all done in the shadows you can bet the bank someones getting screwed.

There is no one left but us, specialy if Hicks owns the majority of Nova and Tim owns the rest indirectly trhough IBCL and directly through himself and trust.

So, he gave you're company 5% of sales. Does your company run itself for free? NOOOoooo.. He already proved that. If there is any left, he can always hire his ex wife and kids.

The deal is a good one, for them. Wish I could go to the car dealer and sell myself a car. I'd be a pretty good negotiator I think.
