That's why everyone has different opinion and investment style.

That insider is former ACHN president and CEO until last year, unloading like that gives much more weight than what I can tell from company selective presentation of PRECLINICAL data. I normally trust my own judgement especially on clinical data, but in situation like this, I don't trust myself THAT much. That doesn't prevent others from making money. Good luck!
