Malc Stone: It is painfully obvious that some posters on this board have absolutely no semblance of understanding and reality with respect to how the market and corporate finance works. I'm sure you feel this same way, but I'm not here to teach or convince anyone anything; I'm just here to share my opinions, observations, or other advantageous insight (which after-all, is the purpose of these boards). My opinions and observations are based on my experiences reflecting years of trading, business management, and academic training. With that said, I am certainly NOT correct 100% of the time - this is after-all the market, and like litigation, you never know exactly how things will play-out. (Furthermore, I continue to learn something about the market or business almost daily - some of this knowledge spurred from comments on boards such as this one.) Accordingly, I strongly advise no one rely on my or anyone else's opinion posted on a board, use such discussions only a basis for doing your own DD - to this we both agree.

I post on few boards. The reason being is few boards maintain the spirit of the board's function - an exchange of ideas. Rather boards degrade into personal attacks and absurd and amateurish commentary - clearly some of which we see on this board. However, on occasion, some boards consist of posters genuinely interested in compelling discussion and in finding advantageous or preemptive DD: to which, board participants can garner a trading advantage.

You and I, and others, have expressed opinions and insight, and for the most part have proffered in-depth reasoning for such positions. Other's here, simply make unjustifiable incendiary statements without the slightest attempt to explain their rationale. In some cases, where they do attempt to provide some validation, they simply speak from a point of embarrassing ignorance, demonstrating absolutely no effort in attempting to develop a foundational understanding of the market, the company, or basic business fundamentals - it makes serious posters here just cringe in disgust. These posts are underlined with quick jabs and quips, merely an obvious attempt to deflect from the posters ignorance.

For myself, I have no problem with a difference of opinion, and will entertain all points of view so long as such reflect at least a basic knowledge of what's going on and not just spurious babble.

As retail investors, we are all at a disadvantage to "professional" traders. However, in turn, those retail investors who are somewhat educated and experienced in the market and business, have an advantage over those retail traders who merely treat trading/investment as a lottery ticket - merely hoping they pick the lucky numbers. If there is any value to these boards, it is that savvy board participants can trade against the willful ignorance of other posters. So, let's just take advantage of that!
