Would anyone here have voted for selling all assets to Tims kids for a Note worth .006 per share from Tim and 5% of sales from Tims new company? (Less unlimited sallaries, expenses and debt of corse)

What a deal for my 11 grand.

Those deals where in the making when I invested, but not in a DD package.

Tims lack of material event information is criminal!
