It sure is no matter how you slice it. Doens't mean everything is well in the company, heck I have called them out in the past for various things since I always call it like it is but this is absurdly cheap here with the current share structure. I have no idea where all these retail seller are coming from the last few days. It's not that VNDM is sitting on the lowest ask and is selling 50 million shares like they did a few weeks and months ago. That said right now there is a lot of selling on a lot of pennies, no idea why.
