It doesn't change it at all. Any move on lackluster volume like this especially from an illiquid security in my opinion clearly spells out clear upward manipulation. Especially with the supposed shareholder meeting around the corner, and potential lawsuits nearing their filing date, I suspect that some less than honest tactics are being deployed to try and generate some interest here so that those unfortunate enough to own Telvue may have opportunities to exit.
