I came to that conclusion after having waded through the details of the IDIX/ GILD patent interference documents from the USPTO. There are a dozen or more documents and I have gone through them all to arrive at that conclusion. If you have not examined these documents, I suggest you do.

Not clear at all to me what the patent interference documents involving IDIX and GILD specifically have to do with ACHN and their nuke capabilities. Are you implying that ACHN and their nuke patents are discussed therein?
