Me personally I would wait to see if the pps can break this resistance. If it can not then I would wait for a pull back...

If it does pull back I would look for a bounce off of the 200sma...

full disclosure: I have NO position in MSLP, nor will I be taking one. I am just looking at a bunch of charts and I always look at MSLP when I practice my charting.. there are a lot of knowledgeable people in here that could give you a fundamental analysis.
