R_M, I don't see any PR blackout. This management, rightly or wrongly, only puts out the news that they feel is necessary to meet their legal obligations. Not much fun for PPHM junkies like us. However, when there is real news they will put in out. They just don't care to puff themselves up or to satisfy our very natural craving for Peregrine information large or small.
