Members of the recently appointed interim and temporary Board of Directors as well as all members of the Advisory Board of HEE Corporation have resigned their positions effective immediately.

Orders for HPB-84 and WL2000 will continue to be taken and processed by the fulfillment center and all proceeds will be deposited into a trust account for the benefit of the company and shareholders.

The news article in the Hutchinson News on March 8, 2006 reporting the investigation of HEE Corporation and Ronald D. Brooks by the Kansas Securities and Exchange Commission ( http://www.hutchnews.com/news/local/stories/HEE030806.html ) as well as the inability of the interim and recently appointed temporary officers and directors to obtain the records, books, and accounting records of the Company have necessitated this action.
