that would be a tough one to answer
because the sec hasn't done a damn thing
for either Telvue or any other legit OTC company

however the argument could be made (rather convincingly)
that sec's lack of transparency re: manipulators' markers
has aided and abetted a very specific segment that doesn't
encompass *retail*

just one of the reasons i applaud TELVUE's mgmt doing their thing
sans dolts

slowly but surely layers get revealed :)
