I could not be further from paranoid. Why blow a million bucks unless there is a reason to spend the money?

I am more than happy as a fully informed shareholder. I requested and received all the information I needed before the 2013 shareholders meeting and have requested the same for the 2014 meeting.

I have had the highest bid consistently for months but oddly can never get a fill, even when others do. I was bidding $9.00 a share a while back but a market maker apparently found a reason to fill a trade at $3.17/share. It seemed to me like a disservice to the buyer.

By the way, extrapolating only on publicly reported earnings leads me to the conclusion that this quarter the company will earn more than $1.00 per share for an annualized PE of around 4.
