Penny companies Always tell you the A/S are for major acquisitions and will be used only if necessary.

They will be used to sell shares on the market and some minor acquisitions, imo. You see, they doubled what would have been asked for to account for a Reverse Split in the future and also GG conversions for more funding.

John and Chip like the ATM. 2 billion shares hit last Quarter alone. And you will see how many more in the Quarterly ahead. Next Quarter will be the worst as GG and GZFX will have Billions more to dump on us.

Yes, it makes sense to get the pps higher. But they dropped the ball yet again allowing the Nevada deal of 25 Billion shares to leak before CC, website, etc. news.

Now the advance will be hindered from where it should have gone.

25 Billion is alot to work with. They will dump shares on any advance,imo and then claim they have a ton of "cash" again. But shareholders have been hurt with the poor timing yet again.

Sort through the BS, it is too many shares. Yes, we may go higher but not as high. And it will be met now with more selling and flippers. Thanks JF.

Now CC and website will come but the timing is off. We have been discussing this for months. All about the timing and business sense to truly sustain any move.

It will be tough for many to sleep at night not knowing if they will wake up to the SEC filing of 25 Billion shares.

Sure, the company may make it, but the original shareholders who built and believed in the company get burned on the Inevitable Reverse Split ahead. And nobody wants to hold when that day comes.
