shares....The REAL screw up was JF filing with Nevada before any decent news ame out to show investors WHY they needed the shares. He filed first, completely underestimating the shareholders' aggressive and daily DD , and when somebody found the filing in the NV SOS site, they posted it and pooched the timing JF had in mind. His own damned fault for filing for more shares too soon IMO, and BMI is right, he created a whole bunch more "flippers" by doing so. When news comes, there will be a ceiling to things that wouldn't have been there had he not filed in NV before the good news was public.
