Well, well, well, it's Janice Shell. Very cool. Nice to cross paths with you. I've read about you, you're kind of famous.

Geez, why is it so hard to get my point across. It's NOT about the alleged fraud of WBXU. It's about the MASSIVE harm that the suspension of WBXU causes to its investors.

Suspensions are the equivalent of going after our enemies with an atomic bomb. When what they need is a laser guided surgical strike. They are doing WAY too much collateral damage here.

And now that I've lost an unconscionable amount of money, at the hand of my own government, in THREE! different suspensions...yeah, I'm a little pissed. And yeah evidence is certainly building that portrays this as a biased attack on an emerging sector.

We need some serious reform here (including much greater transparency, accountability, and a legitimate process for getting back on the pink sheets for those companies that meet the reasonable criteria).

If the things that they say about you are true, then I imagine you will want to fight injustice and protect the innocent wherever that may lead.
