deflation----------(IMHO)-----when the boomers start departing at higher rates. We're still on the front end of the curve. 1945-1955 + 70 years give or take, gives you 2015-2025. Market will be much higher then. My guess is that all prices will be much higher then too, thus easier for deflation to get started.
