I would say dont ever expect to get the float from the T/A, but the float is right there maxing out with the O/S IMHO, it is expanding daily right along with it, as these new shares are being issued almost daily into the O/S, they are being dumped almost immediately into the market...JMHO....

The only thing we dont know is if this T/A is giving us the TOTAL O/S or just the NON-RESTRICTED O/S, NON-RESTRICTED SHARES can be sold into the market, RESTRICTED cant.

What you have is NON-RESTRICTED O/S + RESTRICTED O/S = TOTAL O/S

The float can only be as big as the NON-RESTRICTED O/S or smaller..

Some T/A's when they give you the O/S #, they dont specify if its the TOTAL O/S or the NON-RESTRICTED # they are giving you, that might be another good question to ask them so we know if that number includes the RESTRICTED O/S shares also...GLTA...
