Oh, I am not missing the point. If I have my way, every non-reporting pink would be suspended today. Also, shell companies like this one should all be suspended. Immediately. Any BoD pumping out convertible debentures and cash flow disappearing into the abyss, is fraudulent. This issuer appears to fit that bill. Investors, traders, gamblers going for the ride on its coat tails are no different and should be prosecuted as well.
