Hi bethere: I see no deflation. Inflation is the introduction of "funny...printing press money" into the economic stream. Rising prices, the general level of prices, are NOT inflation. They are the result of the prior inflating. Deflation is the removal of money...and declining prices result. What we seem to be seeing now is a reduction in the RATE prior inflation.
