Just reading thru recent posts. The audits are important for multiple reasons. Yes, to verify they've been generally true to gaap (legit) But more important its a step to meeting minimum requirements to once again upgrade the "listing" and getting off the "penny stock" board.
Yes, hopefully grossly undervalued but that's based on unaudited financials.
Even if there are revisions downward resulting from the audit. That's acceptable if the overall business is solid and growing.
My guess, 10+ yrs into this "hold" They've added laungage over the past year+ hinting they will seek new capital. Audits are necessary for that so I expect that as well as a potential reverse followed by some "big boys" to start getting onboard.
Reverse, Dilution(cap raise) followed by acquitions or be acquired. Just my theory. They should report Q1 as well. Q2 is almost over. We could get blown away in either direction but at $ 25 I'll accept the limited downside for the exponential upside.
