R/S will become a necessity for Manu. He'll need to prop up the PPS. He's stated to many that he wants to be listed (at the minimum) on OTCQX. Sorry folks - this will never happen organically. And on that note, the QX (at min .01) is now looking like a stretch goal as well for MDNT.
