Because cheap doesn't come without added risk. When share price gets this low, the company has to issue so many shares for a few bucks just to keep the doors open.

Besides the NO BS No Lies DD showing other company issues.

And at this point in the game & from what can be verified. .0004 isn't all that cheap. lol
