Swim, your an intelligent woman. I am certain you have heard the Biblical quote: "The borrower is beholding to the lender". The sad fact of the matter is we all jump whatever hoops we have to whether it be for the purposes of obtaining a mortgage or working capital. I'm already in this thing so deep (my DCA is .0012 just like Floyds) so yes your going hear a lot of words from me like "hope" and "future" and my personal favorite "two weeks from now".

I can't be cynical, all that's going to do is eat me up inside. Personally I don't think FS has some nefarious agenda. However we are all subject to poor judgement, and Smith is only human.
