My thoughts on this merger gone bad hopefully have some merit.I think the fact that they didn't go through with the merger is a good thing, as I think it might have bitten them in the butt down the road. The fact that they're opening a DC in Maryland tells me everything is going as planned. CC might have been the ones who suggested drop the deal or we might have to drop you. We mustn't forget that GZFX retained Stanton, Walker and Company a few months back, and their specialty is in mergers/acquisitions. It would be nice to think that GZFX used them for their expertise they were retained for. They might have come back with additional dd of their own and had their own input as to the possible pitfalls. Also Mr. Fleming and company are still abiding by CC's stipulation as to no pr's unless they are jointly released, whereas I feel they didn't have a problem releasing yesterdays news of the deal gone sour, 'cause if the CC deal wasn't still on why would they release a pr that they knew would have a negative impact on the pps.
