1-5-06 Name Change of Outside Auditors
Question: I read the 8-K filing dated Jan. 5th and was wondering if Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw PLLC, formly Smith & Co. now believes Gameznflix will make it and is no longer a going concern. I ask this because when this information was released the stock took a 30% dive. Also, Jan. 5th was my birthday, so needless to say this was not the present I was looking for. Thanks, Bob
Answer: First of all, Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw PLLC is simply a renaming of our current auditors. There has been no change in our outside auditing firm. The annual SEC filing is be prepared at this time and will be filed upon its completion. At that time, CVW&B will report their review and findings. All of which GNF expect to be very positive.
