My shares with Fidelity appear to be partially converted as they are showing the split adjusted Quantity and NEOMD as the holding...however the Price it's reflecting is Fridays close of .01. I attempted to enter a GTC order and it was rejected, so no trading to this point.

My shares with Etrade are showing up under the CUSIP 640505301, which I'm guessing is the CUSIP used during the reorg. to complete the split...my share quantity there remains the same as Pre Split.
I received the same notice as Wilma, Etrade said it could take 5-6 weeks to complete....great

The problem with this split is the DTC chill, conversion of paper traded shares can be a nightmare...thanks for thinking this through Laura....
