I AM not that sure this company is sound yet. Its in such a early stage, and almost nothing can be verified that has been put out. Some of his timelines are off, and some of the things the company mentioned, just never happened at all. I see production numbers for Lucy and Travis which they own 20% and 30% and so far up to April first, those number are not going to create much revs for PDGO at the percent they are at. On average its less then 1 barrel per day, cannot see that covering costs.

As for 3 Perry lease wells, to date this year they have not given any reports to Texas RR Gov. entity. So until that can be verified IMO its not happening at least at pace they say it has IMO. aND THOSE STIPPER WELLS, ONCE YOU THROW SOME MONEY IN THEM, THEY PRODUCE FOR A FEW MONTHS USUALLY, THEN REALLY pull back hard on production. He said by end of year 50 more wells will be online, I also do not see how this will be possible and what will they produce. They need money to do this and over site and maintenance of same.

Hey I took a chance that Vince did not lie about the production, actual production that was going on in April, so we will soon see. If this does not pan out, its over IMO. unless SOMEONE WANTS TO SHARE SOME INSIDE INFO THEY MAY HAVE, WE CAN ONLY GO BY WHAT WE CAN VERIFIY WHICH HAS BEEN VERY LITTLE. Only 2 years of SEC filings can be 100% confirmed and they where 9 months late. Not a way to build share holder confidence, and PPS reflects that IMO.

I HOPE THE DAY COMES WHEN I CAN FINNALLY SAY VINCE HAS DONE A GOOD JOB, but there is no confirmation I have found he has done that yet. So until then I expect the PPS to continue to drop, only when Vince gives us the means to verify info could it possibly change, and if he is diluting or handing out toxic shares still at that time, they good verified news may just offset this toxic shARE DILUTION IMO and we still gain no ground long term.It is what it is, the PPS says it all. He keeps saying this is not a sub penny play, what he does not get IMO is he needs to prove its not a sub penny play. SIMPLE JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN.
