Totally agree. A lot of times I don't know what to think, because the details on negotiating financing for construction are not public knowledge. However, my suspicion has been that with dilution coming strong, he needed it right away to clear the way for progress with financing and construction.
If this is accurate, then I think I'd do same damn thing and endure, even people I highly respect, like DPS, giving me scorn. I hate dilution, but if that's the only way to pay enough debt to get a bank involved in solid financing, so be it. Riches will come, since phase II and III already have backers contingent on phase I happening.
Side note on some comments I've seen:
Anytime someone's rotundness becomes involved in a criticism, I immediately lose a lot of respect for the critic, even if I agree with the rest of what they are saying. We deal with people honorably, not solely on the basis of whether they deserve it or not, but because we are honorable.
