BB: GZFX), an online provider of video game and DVD movies for rent or purchase, is opening a new distribution center in Maryland after cancelling agreement to purchase DVDAvenue.

John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc. stated: "We will be opening a new distribution center in Maryland to replace the one that would have been part of the acquisition of DVDAvenue. We choose to cancel our agreement to purchase DVDAvenue after further discussions with their management regarding the make up of its customer base. We felt that there was not a good fit between the two companies."
