Merger and acquisitions are fluid words. I’m personally buying controlling interest in USTC. USTC has been and will continue to invest in some companies I control. Both the oil and the film companies have received investment and are proceeding on certain projects.

The USTC original Business Plan is still in full force and we are currently reviewing the terms and conditions and finance of two real property transactions.

 

In the mean time I joined the USTC board in January and have recently taken on all the Offer positions.  Mr. Steve Maddox is retiring as of Friday.

 

There will be much to ell as we move forward.
