So.... on March 31st the OS was 1,499,982,109. This is a fact. Reference the 2014 Q1 report posted on OTCMarkets.com.

Since that time, 210 million shares have traded. If all of those shares were sold by the company, which they weren't, the OS would be 1.7 bill, not 2.5b. Lol.

1.2B shares as of 12/31/2013! 0.0005 x 0.0006. 0.0004 very soon?

That's obviously false, the part about the float. The share structure has been updated by the company on March, 31 2014 via the Q1 2014 Quarterly Report posted on May 19th. Again, as of March 31, 2014 the float was 1,175,254,801.
