to the market makers and the demand for the stock. I believe it has the potential to open up there but i really think the market makers will open it between .001-2

Anything less than .004 is now a buy in my opinion after the evaluation. The evaluation even says that .004 is the minimum which means the buyout would go for about .005-.008 in myopinion.

Wouldnt surprise me to see this open at .004 or at .001.
