But the rates are not going up any time soon (within a year).
May even go lower.
I don't understand another part of this news: when did they price the converts? Was the deal to price it as a 20% premium to todays closing price? In that case today's selloff can be explained : the big boys brought the price down as much as possible to get more shares for a buck.
