It says they approved the bid as they will approve all phases of the construction but it doesnt say they paid for it. The money is also coming from Medient.



I'm not going to argue with you on this, but you're wrong. I know for a fact that IDA has the contract with Pinco.. and IDA is paying for the well.

I research and verify everything.. I know what I own!
