I'm glad you are enjoying a moment of hilarity. However, there is no SEC requirement to report future profits, despite your claims to the contrary. Here are the rules, in case you would like to avoid avoid making future mistakes:

Many companies do provide forward guidance but there is no requirement to do so. A "material event" is something that has happened; it is not an interpretation of a dream somebody had or what message bubbled up to the top of the Eight Ball.
