If the SEC had no evidence of fraudulent activity before, that new quarterly report would certainly give them all the evidence they would need.

It is clearly fabricated. And fraudulent.

You do know these posts are public right? Other people who exercise common sense are also reading your words.



Tom's life is on the line here. If I had to bet that he has lost his mind or that this stock is going to do exactly what he says I would bet the latter, and it makes perfect sense the SEC would take notice because if this merger does go through and those financials are legit, he just exercised exceptional financial management this past year, which is uncommon for pennies and sub-pennies usually drowing in debt, but I will hold my applause for when I sell this at $3.70, which by my assessment of those numbers is the actual value of this company without the merger.
