It wouldn't be to drive the price down.

It might be a legitimate website but the mixture of 2 names was the reason I questioned it.

Sometimes fake websites are created to trick investors in to thinking that a company is moving forward. It is important to investigate these things. If there was a possibility of a joint venture between GARB and that other company it needed to be investigated. Anybody can create a website and then do a paid promotion. I was just being thorough. I have seen enough people lose money on third party promos that turned out to be misleading.

There is a similarity between the two websites but I don't personally see any connection to GARB. If there is, it is beyond my ability to find it.
