MMTC - I don't believe either one of you has called. I've called myself numerous times and know what the AOAC said. I strongly encourage others to call the AOAC asking about the Listeria certification on file. The truth is very easy to come by if you want it. Dan321 has spoken with the AOAC as well as visited the Lab. Stick to the facts, don't try and twist the truth, it's very easy to debunk your claims. The truth is easily found by picking up the phone and going through the filings filed with the SEC.
